Building in the Open

Commitment to Open

As the founder and currently only employee of Epilocal, I am inspired by organizations like Buffer and Ghost that are transparent about their companies and build in the open.

Epilocal is still a small project, but I have decided to document some of the decisions and challenges I make along the way that you can find in the Open Blog below. I also commit to the following:

  • Once monthly revenues are over $500, I will publish a public revenue dashboard
  • If the project grows to the point I am no longer the only employee, I will post the formula for determining salaries publicly

You can follow along on my journey through the blog posts below or follow me on LinkedIn, Twitter and Medium.
